How to read the cards
Each card shows a plan name, a price and a list of inclusions. Compare the inclusions first. Both plans share the same Zagreb address, and they differ only in how your post is handled.
Plans start from EUR 45 a month or EUR 299 for 12 months up front. There is no setup fee on either plan.
Paying from outside Croatia
Buyers abroad usually ask two things: which currency, and how payment works from another country. Every price is in euros and is the total payable. The payment method is not set yet, so put your country in the enquiry message and ask how payment and invoices work. You will get the answer in writing before you pay.
Fees that sit outside the plan
There is no setup fee. Monthly payment has no minimum term, and the 12-month price is paid in one payment up front. The price of items above 30 a month and any refund on a 12-month payment are not set. Ask before you pay, and confirm the answer in writing.
Common questions
Is VAT included in the price?
Each price is the total payable in euros. This page does not state a VAT rate or the seller's VAT status, so ask in your enquiry, and say if your company is outside Croatia.
Which plan do I need for an address alone?
Start covers the address and ordinary mail, with an email notice per item. Take Scan only if you also want each letter opened and scanned to your inbox.
Can I pay for a longer period at once?
Yes. Each plan has a 12-month price paid up front: EUR 299 for Start and EUR 399 for Scan. Monthly payment has no minimum term, so you are not tied in.
